just thought about this cause i thought this the other way to help him for his research study.

i told him that we can only answer the question but im not gonna allow him to take some pictures and specify our name.

we got letter from uscis that my application (which is adjusting status) didnt include the biometrics fee.

so we sent the fee next day...

then we got an appointment letter for biometrics last week. so it will be on May 20, 2006

but we received letter today and they returned the biometrics fee.

what will gonna do? i had already appointment for biometrics but the uscis sent back the fee. can we pay it on the day of my appointment for biometrics or need to send back to uscis, which requesting for fee?

im from Philippines too. i arrived here last Jan. 19 as fiance using K-1 visa. we got married last april01, 2006. after that we filed AOS. but how long it will take?

then yesterday (april 19) we went to SS office to get Social security card. i bought all documents they needed but they said my I-94 was already expired (actully expired april 19 too). so they didn't give me SS card (cos we didn't know that).

what if i want to get SS card asap, is there any other way or documents so i can get SS card.

after got married, i use lorilisa soriano adams.

old signature was LMartinez

so do i need to change my old signature in new signature?

i got here last jan.19,2006 w/ fiance('e)visa. (K1 visa)

our wedding will be on April 01, 2006 (Saturday)..

The next step is changing my status.

1. What are the forms/requirements needed for applying for adjusment of status?

2. After get married, can i use now my married name in filing up the forms.

3. What to do first? getting SSN, driver's license or what else cause i think some forms needed SSN and driver's license

4. tell me more about changing status
