dint ask for any stamp or anything else ...

Dear all I need your help as i have got an appointment letter today but i have confused because US Visa Status Tracking is showing that my interview date is 16 NOV 2012 "Application Received from US Embassy with IV Interview Date: 16-November-2012. Application sent to Location Karachi with IV Interview. Please collect your passport / documents from AMEX / Speedex office"".but on my appointment letter Interview date mentioned 21 Dec 2012 please anyone have any idea about this .Tommorow will call US Islamabad Embassy too but i mean need guide line here please share your comments ..

I Have sent an email to embassy to ask status of my case got this rly as i have already sent these doc my american courier service From the last week I am not able to track my case throw US VISA TRACKER by AEG getting this messege " No Record Found " and US embassy want these doc by an Electronic email now please any one can assist me what should i do now ?? or where should i email these doc throw email ?? need help ...

Contact the curiour you sent it with example the packet 3.5from Lahore is sent via American express check the website for status. It takes only 2 to 3 weeks for an appointment.If you provided an email for contact check junk mail for the appointment letter. The embassy will just give you the run around specially Islamabad.Call NVC in USA they have all the information available and they are a bit more easy to contact and much more helpful in my experience. Follow my time line everything happened pretty much on time except our interview was delayed because of Eid and Ramadan you should have estimated same time process.

I haven't got the appointment letter yet as i have sent Packet 3.5 on 27-9-2012 still waiting for the Packet 4 I have sent email ko embassy twice for status of my case any1 have an idea how long the took for packet 4 im too worry about it dun no why they r taking too much tym ....

You should search this topic this has been discussed a lot because of the recent experiances at interviews. The reality is there is NO regulations that clearly define this, sometimes they allow it and other time they refuse. Something similar to the Admin Process which can take 2 to 3 weeks others have been on it for years! Good luck with searching for an answer if you get clarification please share it with us.

Thanks for your help i will try to contact embassy for this issue too then i will let u know hope i will get the right guide line regarding my case ..

One of the member’s asked the embassy for clarification on the view the embassy replied "the use of a cosponsors is to the discretion of the interviewing agent" so in essense it is totally up to the interviewing agent. Generally if they do not see any other issues with the case they will not bring this up as a issue.

It means there isn't any kind of US Law which doesn't allow co-sponsorship for K1 Visa for Pakistan if I am not wrong it all depends on the CO either he/she prove co-sponsor or decline but i am not satisfied with above mention Answers still haven't got the clear image yet . need more comments please .
