Last entry in the US was on may 19 2010. Married my husband on September 28 2010. Haven't filed for Adjustment of status because of financial issues. Finally ready to send in the applications, but I have lost my I-94.
The application for replacement of I-94, form I-102, last line of Part 1 to be specific, asks for "I-94, I-94W, or I-95 Arrival/Departure Document #"
I do not know the number by heart, so I cannot finish filling out the form. Do I leave the space blank? Is there a different form for a re-issue of my old I-94? i only need it to complete my I-485 form.
