Just want to update you I already received my VISA pocket today the 2GO delivered to our house... Im so happy and not worried anymore....THank you so much GOD Good luck to those still waiting out there...

Its only been 6 days and that includes a weekend, which doesn't count as the embassy is closed.

Hi Guys untill now Im still waiting for my VISA and Passport this is really making me crazy coz I even can't track it on 2go, Passport Status and Email of Embassy even on phone.... I hope they deliver that to me soon....

My husband and kids were interviewed on a Friday. Their passports with visa were delivered to our house on Tuesday morning. We live in Metro Manila.

Delivery times vary depending on your location/address.

Just want to share what I feel today...After so many things I have to taking care of and waiting time, a fear and doubt, finally i got my interview without any hassle and its really easy.. . I just can't believe really i am, I even cried for that...lol by the way to those whos still have to go to thier interview Good luck and be confident to yourself..just always remember God is with us all the time

I say renew your passport now as you're cutting it too close to the 6 month prior to expiration date for it to consider valid. I don't know how long it takes to get the new passport if you renew but the sooner the better.

guy I also have a problem with my passport...it will expired on June 16, 2013 and my flight to LA will be on February 03 ...is it ok to renew my passport now start this month? im very confuse coz some of them saying I can't renew it not untill January 6 months before the expiration date....any comment about this things.....Thank you hoping for the good answer...

We already got the NOA2 so my Fiancee is planning to call the NVC so I will have my interview, now heres the question, if my fiancee call the NVC do I have to call the Manila US Embassy to set an appointment too? how long does it take to wait for the appointment? will they send me some notice saying I will have my appointment on what date? Isn't after the interview then have to have the Medical??? and in Medical Examination do they letting you pass if you have UIT? Pls. answer this question..help

During interview what usually question they ask you for your interview? and how long does it take to have the VISA after the interview...? and about the Wadges of my Fiancee... Last year he didnt make up enough money but this year he makes enough money...will they approve ours? Is there possible for me to have an approval with my requirements?

Make sure you get all the requirements that you need for your fiance's interview. order your tax transcripts online at irs.gov so you could get it soon. Mr. Smiley is right, provide a letter of employment, pay stubs and letter from bank and 3 months of bank statements which shows your savings account. For my fiance's interview, they took everything that i've mentioned. Good luck on your journey! By the way, my fiance received his passport, etc after a week by home delivery.

Now I have a new dilemma though. My previous years Tax Documents do not provide enough income as I was out of work for a portion of the time. I was not worried about this because my next years Taxes will provide plenty of income to meet the minimum.

Do I have any other options to handle this on the new time frame? Should I just wait until I file my 2012 Taxes in January to finalize the VISA?

We are so excited to be at this stage, it feels like we are on the down hill slope now.

Hi all,

When we started the VISA for K1 I had assumed over 200 days for all processing up to Interview. My assumption was that I would go and get her Mid February.

Our NOA1 was 7/13/12 and now, only 76 days later have this message "On September 27, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE"

I have looked at other timelines who had there NOA1 on 6/13/12 (a Month before ours) and have interviews scheduled for 11/2/12 in Manila...

So now I am thinking that she is going to likely be done with her interview and all by the end of the year. Is that a valid estimate?
