Ya know... Im not that worried about it. I havent had issues being away from my fiance. We both know when the time comes it comes. If its sooner or later it doesnt matter. We expected up to a year so if we get it sooner ill be happy. If not I will take the time and money out to go see her and continue our journey. See the great thing is, even with her a half a world away we talk twice a day and make plans on our lives getting the house setup together.

Sure I have a want for her to be here with me but If i was that frusterated Id just move here. its easier and less complicated but we decided out lives in the future would be clearer skies then if we live in Thailand before we retire.

So anyhow track me on my posts. My love for my fiance is strong and when our time comes it will come. I will share my NOA2 with my close friends that I have met and probably forget you exis

Honestly Im just happy that they are pushing though more then 3 a week again. If your that unhappy call USCIS and complain tell them its not fair and show them the paper work. It is part of their job to pass first come first serve. Well show they you are not first.

Oh I don't think I still have to call CSC, I have been approved since MAy 9 and I am very happy but not that happy for the others who are still waiting. You might feel glad for now because of January and February approvals and you just feel that yours might come very soon, but if not I'll check every post you make to see how frustrated and disappointed you are.

January and February are being processed what happened to first come first serve.....

That is just a plain bullsh*t, first come first serve policy only applies in Mcdonalds and in any other fast food chains.

I've seen a lot of approvals from CSC this past few days and noticed that they are starting to approved January filers. I just don't think that it is right to approved those who just filed this year and forget the filed petitions from last year. A lot of people are still waiting, some waited to 7-9 months to get approvals. That is just unfair.

We got our approval notice on May 9 then my fiance received the hard copy May 13.

well to me it sounds like you have been approved and its that time when it get sent to the consulate in other words its your NOA2

You got re-approved i went throught this now they will send your case to the national visa center and if then send it to the consulate directly so if you have any questions call the NVC and make sure they have you and you spouse correct contact information. Congrats again

This is so confusing

I guess all we have to do is wait for the hard copy of NOA2. If no letter until next week, I think it is just right to call and bug USCiS. Thank you everyone

RFE mailed to my fiance April 29th, received May 2nd and sent back May 3rd. USCIS received the additional evidence on May 6th just like yours I hope they will approved us soon. Keeping my fingerscrossed

Just got notification that on April 29th our petition was approved!!!! we received a message only 2 days ago about our address being changed (mysteriously not at our hands!?)...must have been the adjudicator working on our file...which has in turn led to the approval.

Such incredible emotions...feels like our lives are about to move forward...finally!... I hope the same for all of you on here going through the same journey.

I received the same message and it say "On April 25, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) that you filed."

Neither of us (fiance and I) change our address so how this could happened?

Our Noa1 date is October 5.. I can see that your Noa1 is October 17 and according to Igors a lot of petitions from that date are getting their approvals, I hope ours will come very soon. Goodluck to both of us

When did you file your petition? I think It would be best if you fill in your timeline so that I can see some details about your case.

Yes, that is exactly what she's saying that's reality. Ask your fiance if she know someone in her age who got married with an OLD PINOY, or better ask her if she will still marry you if you are an OLD PINOY.

So we got this "On April 25, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) that you filed". And 2 weeks after, we got approved.
