  1. Ya know... Im not that worried about it. I havent had issues being away from my fiance. We both know when the time comes it comes. If its sooner or later it doesnt matter. We expected up to a year so if we get it sooner ill be happy. If not I will take the time and money out to go see her and continue our journey. See the great thing is, even with her a half a world away we talk twice a day and make plans on our lives getting the house setup together.

Sure I have a want for her to be here with me but If i was that frusterated Id just move here. its easier and less complicated but we decided out lives in the future would be clearer skies then if we live in Thailand before we retire.

So anyhow track me on my posts. My love for my fiance is strong and when our time comes it will come. I will share my NOA2 with my close friends that I have met and probably forget you exis

You're funnydevil.gifdevil.gifdevil.gifdevil.gif Goodluck to you and your fiance, I just hope that you'll get yours very soon smile.png

  2. Honestly Im just happy that they are pushing though more then 3 a week again. If your that unhappy call USCIS and complain tell them its not fair and show them the paper work. It is part of their job to pass first come first serve. Well show they you are not first.

Oh I don't think I still have to call CSC, I have been approved since MAy 9 devil.gif and I am very happy but not that happy for the others who are still waiting. You might feel glad for now because of January and February approvals and you just feel that yours might come very soon, but if not I'll check every post you make to see how frustrated and disappointed you are. devil.gifdevil.gifdevil.gifdevil.gifdevil.gif

  3. I've seen a lot of approvals from CSC this past few days and noticed that they are starting to approved January filers. I just don't think that it is right to approved those who just filed this year and forget the filed petitions from last year. A lot of people are still waiting, some waited to 7-9 months to get approvals. That is just unfair. sad.png

  4. You got re-approved i went throught this now they will send your case to the national visa center and if then send it to the consulate directly so if you have any questions call the NVC and make sure they have you and you spouse correct contact information. Congrats again smile.png

You got the same update status before? I was just thinking that is odd, I have never seen this kind of approval notice for K1 before.

  5. Hi to my fellow October filers

    Post Decision Activity

On May 9, 2013, we mailed a notice to you reaffirming the approval of this case and returned the case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

We had an RFE April 29th and sent them back the additional evidence the next day. Now, I am cofused with what my status saiddry.png

    Response will be highly appreciated

    Thanks!

  7. Just got notification that on April 29th our petition was approved!!!! smile.pngsmile.pngsmile.png we received a message only 2 days ago about our address being changed (mysteriously not at our hands!?)...must have been the adjudicator working on our file...which has in turn led to the approval.

Such incredible emotions...feels like our lives are about to move forward...finally!... I hope the same for all of you on here going through the same journey.

    Our NOA1 date was October 17 2012...

Hope it means all october filers are hearing good news shortly! Good luck!!!!

You are lucky, Congrats! I got an RFEsad.png

  8. I received the same message and it say "On April 25, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) that you filed."

Neither of us (fiance and I) change our address so how this could happened?

    Noa1 date is October 5 2012.

Can anybody light some shed here?

    Thanks

  9. Thanks so much for setting up the new thread. Really helpful smile.png Sounds like most people agree it means our papers are getting worked on. Hopefully straight through though without any RFE!

Our NOA1 date is October 17...how about you? Ill get onto setting up our timeline!

Let's keep on praying for that innocent.gif

Our Noa1 date is October 5.. I can see that your Noa1 is October 17 and according to Igors a lot of petitions from that date are getting their approvals, I hope ours will come very soon. Goodluck to both of us good.gif

  10. Hi lovelovelove13!

We received the same comments in an email last night!! Neither of us have made any change to our address.

    Can anyone shed any light?

Hope it means that they've at least touched our file!

    Hi Kaz & Joe smile.png

I am not sure as well what does that mean but I made a thread about that, check this out and see what other members told me about that change of address thinggood.gifgood.gifgood.gifhttp://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/427194-change-of-address/

When did you file your petition? I think It would be best if you fill in your timeline so that I can see some details about your case. smile.png

  11. What exactly are you saying here. That most Filipinas are not marrying the kano for love? It's just a smart financial move? Why do you say the age difference is not accepted in the Philippines? I would be interested in hearing more of what you have to say on this.

BTW, we have a 20 year difference.

Yes, that is exactly what she's saying smile.png that's reality. Ask your fiance if she know someone in her age who got married with an OLD PINOY, or better ask her if she will still marry you if you are an OLD PINOY.tongue.png

  12. Hi! This is what we had when I checked our case few weeks ago after my fiance changed his address via call. He just moved to his new home and though it would be faster to just call them. So we got this "On April 25, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) that you filed". And 2 weeks after, we got approved. :)

    Congratulations on your approval (L)

I hope the same thing happens to our case as well :)

Thank you so much for your response
