    K1 visa is now atthe NVC but is now in " administrative processing" what does this mean for my process and how long does this usually take? What could they possibly be doing to it now? HELP !!!!

    Today i received the next news in 7 long months NOA2 we are APPROVED now comes the questions what does the NVC need from me for my k1 visa?

      You won't be sending anything to NVC. If you are the petitioner, you should be preparing your I134 to send to the beneficiary, your new letter of intent, and any other new evidence you want presented at the interview. Good luck

    rfe received july 17 and responded Sep 26 because i am an american citizen i went to Cuba thru the Bahamas and Cuba doesn't stamp the passports when you enter Cuba i sent the itenary from the travel agency along with a copy of my tourist visa to enter Cuba and phone bills i hope that they make a decision soon because i want him here like NOW
