i hope not but i have the proof that my marriage with my ex husband is real,we filed our taxes together and bought some properties..He is still paying me alimony for 2 years..And my new marriage we really have a proof,he is sending me money every month had the copy of that and our copies of our communications..

Hi I'm a USC through marriage and got divorce..I was married with my ex husband for 6 yrs.Now when im going through my divorce a met a guy from the same country i was from.When we first started talking i know in my heart that i want to spend the rest of my life with him..When my divorce was finalized we decided to get married right away..NOw my question is i'm I gonna have a hard time to bring my new husband here in the US? i know they might think it suspicious but our marriage is real and we love each other..Even though were long distance but we love each other so much..Hope somebody can answer my question coz its been bothering me and i want him to be here so bad....

Hi im new here in VJ hope you guys can help me out..my husband and I just recently got married last Sept.14..I'm a USC and my husband is from the Philippines..He is currently working right now in a cruisehip and he has a C1/D visa a transit visa..His contract will finish this coming January and he will go back home right after his contract so we will not have problems with the immigration..We know also that he can't adjust his status coz he has the transit visa..My question is what will i put in the form question 13 in I 130? He only entered here in the US but never stay or live here in US..Can someone help us so we can start our filling out the forms?? I really don't want to make a mistake..I will really appreciate is someone can help us out...
