I had actually told her maybe we can both go together, assuming i will have to leave too. But she said no cuz she is scared. Im scared myself but im so ready to move on. for a better life with my family.

Do u know if there is a turning back after the I-130 has been approved? if you can also qualify for the deffered act. This is not my question but my moms friend daughter is 20 and they did the I-130 from her USC husband. Now they approved her, but now she is affraid of leaving. She has no lawyer, i dont know how to help her,. i sent her to VJ and told her to ask here or idk if u have any advise

I was thinking on doing the medical exams here in the usa before they send me out? What do u think?, I found a certified clinic that works for the UFCthingy LOl. U think they will validate that? do they validate that to up to a year or 6 moths?
