naturalization by sec 319b
Thanks

To be eligible for DCF in canada, the USC and the beneficiary spouse are both required to be resident in Canada.
(As read on the US embassy in canada website)
The embassy page does not elaborate on the meaning of "resident". Does it mean only PRs or does it also include USCs and the beneficiary spouses living in canada on other long term canadian visas( student or work visas).
Will appreciate anyone throwing some light on this.
Expedited naturalization, 319(b)

I know that part. But thanks anyway for replying. My question is;
If a person naturalized under 319b and his/her USC spouse abroad decide to quit the USC spouse's
long term contract abroad and return to US, say 2 months after the 319b naturalization, will it anyway
affect the 319b naturalized spouse? Won't this be going against the good faith statement of a long term
contract made to USCIS when the spouse naturalized under 319b?
