oh, is this form is same as the other one that i tried to open and it couldnt open? coz i seen a sample of the ds-156, the link u gave me is deffirent. but same data. so this link u gave me would be ok?

the other form of ds-156, like the forms of the examples forms i seen was different, that kind of form is i couldnt open in my pc, i tried different browsers and even i went to cafe just to make it open but still dont work. if that link of work u gave me would work to the embassy, i dont have any problem then, thanks alot miss tintin.... u help me much! god bless u
