Currently someone files me as a dependent but I will be using someone else as a co-sponsor. Would I still have to produce a tax return? (How would I being that I don't file my own taxes)
If my co-sponsor goes above the proverty guideline do I even need to show my papers?
And lastly, I'm asking someone as a favor to support me. Should I just ask for the last 3 tax returns they have or just the last current one would be fine?
Thanks in advance for any information.

Okay thanks. It's cheaper for him to send everything at once so just wanted to know if it would eventually be needed so it could be sent out . . .

I am in the US and filing an I130. Do I need a copy or original or my husbands birth certificate? And a copy of his passport?

Yes your name goes there. Instea of husband and wife (vise versa) they just label couples as petitioner & beneficiary. Just replace those labels whenever you get confused.

I left the job where I was previously employed to visit my husband overseas for 3 months. I got back and began working again but I am currently making almost less than half of what I was before I left. Is it possible to apply and recieve foodstamps and still file the I130 if I have a joint co-sponser who makes above the proverty guidelines?

How do I approach my part of tax returns since I've been filed as a dependent for someone else?
