For haw many years we have to show the tax return transcript while attending at interview?

I got the ITIN while filing married jointly. You need have your wife's certify copy of passport from your country.

It was very simple and easy process. Send your tax return copy and certify copy of passport together to IRS office. They take about 4 to 6 weeks to get process and they will send your wife tax ID. You better send the following doc while filling married jointly.

1. Tax copy

2. Certify copy of passport

3. W-7 that's mean you gonna have the right to receive ITIN instead of your wife.

Please help me out. I am kind of confuse about my cases. What to do in this situation. My wife's cases is in national visa center and waiting for visa become available. The other side is that I became citizen and I will get my certificate on nov 20th. I will send my naturalization certificate at same day I receive. I have my friend whose wife got visa just (20 days) after he sent his certificate. I have not been seen my wife since 12 month. I took a ticket to fly my country(Nepal) and see my family. I will be flying on Dec 4th. I think they will forward my wife's case on Dec 15. There will be any problem if I stay with my wife during the interview time. I have seen very rare case like this. Please give me a reply any experience person.

Mine took little over than three months afte I updated my status from Greencard to Citizen. Is your wife's I-130 already approved from USCIS? If yes, then it should not take more than 3 months.

I heard that it will take only 15 days to 20 days. Is that possible? My case is already approved and completed on December 22, 2011.

My wife case is in national visa center and waiting for visa become available. I had apply I-130 on the base of my permanent residents card on January, 2011. On 22the November, I will get my naturalization certificate and I will sent to the national visa center to update my case. What is the different between court marriage and arrange marriage? is there any bonafide relationship if you get arrange marriage than the court marriage. Well mine is only court marriage and after one year we got engagement. We have a lots of pictures from engagement and different places. Is that enough proof of relationship to show them in interview? how about if we will get marriage one month before the interview date. Please give me quick reply. We only have few time to decide.

Once you become a citizen, your petition will be processed immediately. How long it will take until interview for your wife will depend on the country she is in- in some, it may take 4 weeks, in others there is a waitinglist on it could take 3 months.

I am new member of this site. I have a question that i need to ask you. I apply for my wife visa I-130 in 2011. It has already approved and case completed at national visa center on December 22. It just waiting for the visa become available. I am going to be a citizen next month then how long it will take to forward my case to overseas if i send a certificate of naturalization to the national visa center.
