2 days after interview she will receive a text from togo courrier that her us visa is ready for pick up, then she will go to the cfo manila for seminar and got her passport stamp plus sticker that she's ready to travel.

Mine filed sept 24 approved dec 17'12 super fast csc forwarded nbc.

Mine in missourie takes only 2 months to approved the i130 and got nvc case # for 3 weeks including the holidays on wating time.

Correct was transferred to nbc cant believe they approved only for 2 months.
