    My love had a successful week in Manila undergoing her medical and CFO course! Now we're preparing for my arrival on early May and her interview on 9 May! GOD BLESS YOU all and please keep and love and I in you're prayers. It's been so long, but we're so happy and excited that we'll finally be together again soon...

    Hi Susi&Charlie,

    Around a week after we got out NOA1, I call the NVC and they advised me they had received our Case File.

    Good luck with your rfe response. It only took 6 days for us and I hope you're just as fast...

    Thank you all for your good wishes and support during our processing. I share the same hopes and prayers with you all that continue waiting to hear something and continue stressing during the delays.     This day came with a blessing from our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in the form of an NOA2 from the USCIS CSC Office! Thank you all for your continued support thus far and I pray for your all that things really begin to start moving again and that you all get a response very soon. :D :D :D

    We sent our RFE Response today, so with some blessing, we'll get our approval very soon... :D

    RFE Received:

    1) Affidavit from Fiancée (Beneficiary) attesting her intent to marry Petitioner within 90 days of entering the United States. I saw this one coming, so our Lawyer has this document in hand already.

    2) Passport Style Photograph of the US Citizen (Petitioner). Easy…

    Nothing yet, Sweetpie... We're on pins and needles here too. We maybe sending a letter the our Senator this coming week to check into things for us. I hope to hear something this week, but weeks and coming and going without anything. :(

    This delay is truly disheartening... We're in constant prayer for some news from the USCIS. Even if it's an RFE, we just want to move forward and begin planning our reunion. I plan of going to Pinas to join my love at the Embassy for the Interview, so that's also hanging over our heads. We really missing each other and need to be together again soon.

    Will do! I'll let you all know as soon as I do hear something. The latest from our Lawyer today is below when I asked is there was any news from the AILA:

    "I believe that the CSC is simply moving slowly through its I-129Fs, and its processing time report is consistent with that conclusion. We will see what response the AILA inquiry generates."
