I got married in may 2012 and have know the USC since 2007.we both love each other to death but things are just not working and the stress is just to much to deal with.
I don't want money, we have no kids and my aos is pending and have no desire to be in the country for the GC. We are in DC, and I am looking at uncontested divorced. is it possible to just leave the country and he can deal with the divorce, currently he is out of country until Jan 2013, he will be visiting USA every month.
Do I have to be here? can he just post me the forms? I am going to visit the family court tomorrow to see what my options are I just want to leave the country asap.
how to get divorced? please guide me
