same here, i checked my status it says card production but i didnt have my biometrics and interview yet so i guess its just a stupid mistake.. hayyyyyyyyyyy

that why im wondering its been a month since i filed my aos but i didnt received any biometric appointments.. i really dont know when it changed or got approve cause i only checked it just today and i was shocked when i saw that its card production.. and guys please i need clarification not criticism cause i didnt know how it happened..

they received my application june 3 then i saw that on my case status it means 15 days since i applied, i really dont know me too is confuse..

i called the uscis after i saw my status the agent said i might have records of fingerprints before like on my port of entry which i do had as i remember when i entered hawaii as my port of entry.. i also want to add 3 days after i filed my aos i called my congressman for help to expedite my case due to medical situation of my husband.. so maybe that helped to i dont know..

no interview, no biometrics, as in nothing thats why im confused..

Just called NVC for my first time and it says customer service is not available at this time. I just googled hours of operation and they should be open...any ideas?? Thanks!

yeah they are available just there is lot of people calling them so you need to wait until soemone attend your call.. last time i called them it took me like 30 minutes before soemone answered.. just be patient to wait and dong hang up if you need to wait long its fine it will be worthy trust me..

I need to get a police clearance from Hong Kong for my wife who is pursuing and Immigrant visa as spouse of a US citizen. Has anyone done this? Where can I get a bank draft in Hong Kong dollars in Manila to send to them? You can do this out of Hong Kong, but you need the back draft in Hong Kong dollars. Also, she needs to get finger printed from a police authority and it has to be certified. Where can we do that? I hope someone reading this has been through it.

my situation is same, but i got my hongkong police clearance arrived at us embassy last friday.. all you need to do and tell your wife to go to camp crame and have her finger prints taken then send to hongkong police through mail. my case, i got my mom living in hongkong so she helped me for payment. it took 3 weeks form my clearance to arrived and if you got question just message me i am happy to help and entertain your question. Hi guys, i had my interview last nov 16 got approved but need to request hongkong police clearance since i lived there for two years.. i called hongkong police today and they said they sent it last dec 3.. wondering if when i can have my visa deliver cause i really want to make it for Christmas to my hubby in Utah.. any experience? please share

hello VJ users, my fiance received a mail dated NOVEmber 27, 2012,,,stating that the NVC approved the I-129F petition and will forward to the visa issuing post where the visa interview take place (Philippines). i just wanna ask the processing time or if how long will the US Embassy contact to begin my process here. and if how long will they send the packet instructions to me???? do i need to wait for the packet instruction before i begin gathering the needed requirements??? i hope u will help me... thanks a lot

hi there! no need to wait for packet! they dot send any packet anymore.. infact i did not receive mine but i got my visa approved last week.. all you need to do is wait for one week and call nvc then ask for case number then you can book for interview and have medical as long as you got all the requirements like fiancee's birth certificate, cenomar, police clearances here in philippines or any country you lives or stayed morethan 6 months.. in my case i stayed in hongkong for two years so i need hongkong police clearance.. if your fiancee needs help on how to process everything as her to text me this is my number 09076133809, i am willing to give advice as i survived this whole process with help of my visajourney friends.. yes its possible for you to get a cfo sticker at the airport, its located ate terminal 1, beside the travel tax counter.. all u have to do is to call them atleast a day before ur flight and give them ur flight info.. here is the number 8795685. i just did it to my son last nov 21..

hello guys... i got my visa approved last Nov 16 and will fly to UTAH on DEC 21.. while i was waiting for my interview after my medical i took the cfo seminar and that time i dont have my visa yet.. so they gave me my certificate but i dont have sticker yet since i dont have my visa... they instructed me that i can get my sticker in Manila airport if i am in a hurry to fly.. my concern is.. is this really reliable that i can get my cfo sticker at airport? i will be coming from bacolod city direct to US and it will be convenient for me if i just get my sticker at airport.. any experience with this? please share..
