So who all did everyone write to?

I just read all the posts and its crazy that we have wasted all this time waiting for nothing at this rate we would have received a quicker approval from CSC. This is ridiculous. I also will be writing to whoever I need to to get Atlanta moving.

If you could, ask the Tier 2 what is Atlantas status on I-130 filings. And also ask what the current processing times are so we can see when to put in a e-service request. Those are mainly the questions I have. I see theyre updating the stats. We should be seeing them I assume Monday or Tuesday. Cant wait to see those files up to 5600 with no completions or receipts.

Ok I definitely will ask those questions last time she just gave me CSC time and thats no help at all I am going to try and call today before I go to work hopefully I will get someone on the line before then. I will keep everyone updated once I know something.

I would like to get more answers, but I do not know how to go about getting these answers. I dont have a problem with getting transferred to a tier 2 I just have a problem getting the right answers I am going to try to call soon. I wanted to see if I can get some good questions from everyone at ATL that we all want answered

I am so happy for all these people getting approved but I feel like we have been forgotten over at Atlanta I dnt understand what there doing over there. And what sucks more is we cant even get any truthful info from these people I wish they would atleast approve one of us atl transferrers so we could atleast have some hope.

I wish I could but im about 6 or 7 hours away from ATL, and thats a far distance specially with my job and school. But im down for anything else yall can plan.

Any news? Anyone talk to an ISO yet? I am going crazy just waiting with no clue how long Atlanta will take. How are you all doing?

I talked to an ISO who was no help, all I found out was that yes for sure its at atlanta and for some reason she just gave me the dates that csc are working on and not the dates atlanta is working on, I hate that no one from atlanta has been approved yet. But.maybe the new year will be good to us.

I know it sucks so bad I hate thats where I was transferred especially since I have a faster field office closer to where I live.

I know thats what im saying. She acted like she was understanding about me wanting to know about how much longer but.if she really was she could of given me a more atlanta specific answer

So I just called and spoke to an ISO who said my case was transferred to Atlanta and its still in line for its turn she said CSC is still working on June 22 which would have me waiting another 79 days for my NOA1s turn to come up. So basically the info wasnt that helpful but maybe the phone call itself will help. Idk just hopeing it will.....

lol, I've been able to get a tier 2 on the phone pretty much by asking any question that you can't find out by looking up your case on the USCIS website which is all the tier ones are doing. If you have a legitimate question, they'll transfer you because they don't have a clue.

Did they give you a good update on your case?

Has anyone from atlanta gotten apporoved yet? They are going so slow and I am starting to get impatient because I have not seen any approvals from atlanta yet.

My file was transferred to the NBC too, and I got my NOA2 today, 72 days after my NOA1. I am so relieved. Now on to the NVC processing. Good luck September people!

So when you guys talk to a tier 2 do you just ask to speak with one and they transfer you, or do you need a specific problem to talk to one

Aug 2010, I filed a I129F k1 for my fiance from Egypt. He went to his interview and had his medical paperwork and he was told everything looked ok. He should hear back in two weeks. Then when we checked the US Embassy in Cairo, they had sent our file back to the US immigration for further review because they couldnt be sure our relationship was real. The US State department denied us because our file was pass the processing date.

So I am curious what is the best route now? to appeal the denial or to file a different form like a I-130? Both ways cost, so now I am looking at the quickest route despite the cost. All opinions are welcomed.

And by the way, we are married now in a civil union but haven't certified our marriage yet. I dont know if this is necessary to do if filing an I-130? Thanks.

Same thing happened to me when I applied for a fiance visa for.my now husband except he was denied without an.interview by the embassy because we were "to married" for the fiance visa so we.filed the spouse visa. My husband is in palestine

I know thats what im noticing and its not one or two its a few of them does that mean there sending them back to the petitiiner?

That is what im hoping for before there were some ahead of mine that said they are being processed at the office with jurisdiction..... But I cant see any of those and the ones that are showing say post decision activity on them when before they were initial review.

So I have a WAC case number and up until this morning it was working for me to check my case status online, I have been trying to check it now and it keeps saying its invalid number within there system. Does anybody know what is going on? I tried some numbers ahead of mine and they are working.

i was so happy when i received my text, i was driving and i almost went crazy (i had to calm down a bit

there's hope for the transfers to NBC, we sent ours 9/11 and got approved on 11/28. I am now though adjusting status so my timeline is a bit different but i wanted to let everyone now that we got approved !!!

The numbers don't make sense at all.

It shows there are 3,553 pending I130s in Atlanta as of September 12th, it increased by 828 from August 12th yet it shows they only received 432 during that time period. Can someone explain how that can be possible? Files awaiting customer action are always shown to be zero every month. Something's not right.

I dont know thats confusing me to, Im glad that theu atleast gives us these charts to look at and kind of see where they are in processing.

I asked a tax preparer about this same question and she said I would need to file single because my husband doesnt have a ssn
