    Hi :-) I really feel for you guys...i totally know how you feel!!! I met my husband online 2008, we married 2010, he got denied the first time for the same reason, and I was devasted, I was thinking how are we ever going to get approved, I didn't have money for a lawyer or money to go there again.       I'm glad it worked out. Yeah I can't afford a trip back either but that's my plan anyway. I'll cut every corner I can until I can go back and marry. Then save to try to be there for the interview.

    I'm sorry to hear about your news, I came across your review of lagos consulate. If you don't mind me asking, and maybe I read it wrong, but was there a reason you were in Nigeria for over a month and didn't see his mother? ( I was just trying to think if that had something to do with the denial)

      They didn't eve ask about that. They didn't question anything. Didn't question any of his answers. But yes there was a reason. She lived in a different state and was caring for his sick dad.......who later died. I was terrified of traveling because of all the warnings on the state dot site for American travelets. The only weird part of the interview were the questions why his brother lived in Austria and what did that brother do for a living.

      Your message to me was cut off after you told me you had everything tabbed. (that's how I did ours too. Tabbedc titled, color coded, all in their own "chapter".) So how does your story end? Are you together?

    Woke this AM and checked my adjudication dates on my timeline and they are mid April to Mid May oh im so praying that these dates are right cause they have been all over the place.....I know its in Gods hands but I keep praying and hoping......Hope all you out there are finally getting good dates on yours as well ....Good luck and cross your fingers lol

    one month since noa1 and it went by fast. im going to be alone at. christmas but im okay with it. im daydreaming about all the decorating, baking, and celebtating we will do togethet next Christmas.
