    No you actuallu cannot get married because you are bringing your fiance with k1 -- if married you will need to file a totally different one called k3

    Yes you will have to include the divorce decree

    you can apply for the k1 visa as long as your fiance can show proof of support. It doesnt matter if you are not working.

    Hello i accidentally updated my timeline yesterday but i got it removed.. I do not have an NOA2 yet however someone who applied on sept 8th and october 11 were already approved-- this too confusing to me
