Same here..I got my NOA2 last April 8 2013..We asked helped from the congressman aide anad found out that uSCIS sent our case to other center..UsCiS revalidated our nOA2 approval date as of May 21 2013 and finally send to NVC..hopefully we will have our MNL case number next week..Fingers crossed..

Same here..I got my NOA2 last April 8 and still the NVC havent received our case yet,..1 mos and 2 weeks waiting for our case number..:-(

My Fiance asked helped from the congressman and we found out that USCIS sent our papers to NRC not to the NVC..Almost 1 month and 2weeks waiting for my case number..:-(

Can I ask a Night Manager although I am the Beneficiary?DO they allow me to ask a Night MAnager?..THe congressperson not yet give any call to my Fiance..and I called the USCIS already,they said that they already sent the package to the NVC. Do you have your MNL case number now?..TIA..Goodluck..

Got my NOA2 last April 8, 2013 still no case number yet..It's almost a month since I got Aprroved..CSC really sucks!!

We haven't heard yet..The Congressman will call us or call them back after two days.We ask for help last Monday so hopefully we will hear some good news from them..I will call the NVC again tonight our time..

Same here sis Ericka..I got my NOA2 last April 8 ,2013 ..We dont have yet our MNL case number..We called them everyday and they said "our case is not in the system yet"..We tried to ask help to the Congressman..Did you received a call from NVC that your case was shipped in the NRC?...

I am about to submit my file for my fiance and her two boys but I am not sure if I need to do anything other than include the boys names on the I-129 form or do I need to fill out a separate one for each of them. She and her boys, ages 4 and 10, are planning to move to the US. I have passport style photos for all of us and the G-325a form for each of us. Is there anything you can tell me about filling for a VISA with children?? Thank you for your help.

All you need to do is to write the complete name of your fiance children on the I-129 form.You dont need to fill up G-325a for her children,,Only you and your fiance..Like what we did before...Goodluck!!!
