Congrats! I got a text message from 2go this afternoon that my visa is about to be delivered. After more than an hour, i got my Visa. I had my interview last Thursday, November 8. I will be attending the seminar too next week.

After 6 working days from interview, my visa is finally in transit with 2go. Hope they deliver it tomorrow. Thank God. Now off to CFO next week. Hubby home by Tuesday. Busy days ahead.

I was interviewed last Wednesday, nov.7. I've been checking 2Go website and used my passport and case number but Both comes out as invalid. When can I get my passport? My husband is coming home next week to pick us up. I still need to go CFO seminar and get a transit visa for Japan. Anyone had November interviews and got their passport yet?

Thanks for all your replies, I agree that lying is not an option. I'm just worried that the issue will complicate the interview.

I am scheduled for my interview at the embassy on nov.7 on IR spouse petition. I previously overstayed for 3 months in the U.S., making my 10 year multiple tourist visa void. Will this issue still be asked by consul during my interview? Would appreciate responses from those who had similar cases. thanks!

she can use her current passport with maiden name but it will mean her visa and green card will also have her maiden name. I renewed my passport to use my husbands last name coz I want my visa and green card with my married name. We submitted my old passport bio page photocopy to NVC since I did not have my new passport by then. When I went for medical I already presented new passport.

I arrived 4am yesterday and fhere were 10 people in front of me. Good thing I pre-registered online so I got number3. Was done for the first half of med exam by 1015am. The nurse at checkout counter told me to take my lunch and come back 130pm. I was back 1pm and asked same nurse on update. Good thing I was told to go 2nd floor for immunizations. Others before me were advised to go 4th floor for sputum instructions (I guess). After 30 minutes wait I got 2 shots, 1 on each arm. Then off to ground floor to wait for results - CD of chest X-ray and vaccination record. I was out of st.lukes by 430 pm. Yehey!

I'm having my medical exam on Monday, 15th. Hoping to finish in 1 day with no problems.

Check the stamp on his passport from last arrival in Philippines. If its BB then he's allowed to stay 1 year from date of arrival. After which you need to pay for extension of visa. I paid Php6120 for 2months extension and ICard for my daughter.

Go to bureau of immigration website for details.

Call USCIS to follow up and send emails. We waited 6 months for NOA2 also from Vermont Service Center.

Congratulations to all for getting interview sleds this early. Will call NVC first thing Wednesday for my sked. Keeping fingers crossed.

my wife used email template of DS3032 to choose me as her choice of agent for further correspondence with NVC. she sent mail on September 20th. we haven't heard anything from NVC since. should i send hard copy also or what should we do?

You can wait for them to email or just call them to confirm coz it can take time to hear from them

Called them thurs, fri, tues, wed and thurs to follow up to no avail and finally got this email Friday morning.

September 20 FedEx delivered new IV pack as I got checklist for question 30. But all other docs were delivered by USPS sept.7.

hi. when did u sent ur papers to nvc? we sent our rfe last wednesday and it was delivered to nvc by friday. we called yesterday and the rude agent told me nothing yet and allow 20days for them to review it. hoping will get closed before the end of this week. God bless.

FedEx delivered thurs morning - I wil call Friday, getting tired of the wait for 20 days line from the agent. Guess all we want is get case completed before September ends so we can all get November interviews

NVC received your new packet IV on 20th Sep?

FedEx delivered to NVC sept 20 but when I called them Thurs and Friday they could not confirm receiving it yet, gave me the usual allow for 20 days for review. This wait is getting to be frustrating. I plan to call again this week

On the same boat as K Patel -got checklist for question 30 as well and waiting for NVC to finish review and complete my case. FedEx delivered new IV pack last Thurs good luck to us
