I was hoping someone might be able to help me with this... At the end of the year, we'll be looking to get married in the US through the K1 visa however, we are planning to return to China after the paperwork is sorted out in the US. How long can my wife be out of the country before her green card expires? Is there some sort of paperwork that we could file to get an extension on the green card? Will me wife be able to enter into China after we get married?

Any help on this would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hi all... Recently, we have sent in the I-129F package to the USCIS and have received the receipt on September 1st, 2012. I have been reading a serious of post but not that many are from China. Is it any more difficult to get an approval if your fiance is Chinese? Any advice or success stories would be greatly appreciated!! This website is wonderful.
