    yeah..Early March pa! you say so...sobrang naka ka stress and disappoint ang vermont...Its quite unfair coz merong april or may filers sa vermont na na may NOA2 na but then some of march filers or even february has not yet been approved...I wonder why...well, still there's nothing else we can but to wait....hopefully..there will be good news soon...:) more patience pa!
