Hiii again I called the embassy today. Guess what?? They are working on the people who they received packets from by the end of jan Since they got ours early Feb. they said if we are scheduled an interview in May (if they still have available ones after they fill in late Jan people) then we will be notified by Thursday!! If not then, probably next week. I am so excited. I just hope they are correct. But that means you should be hearing back this week!! Keep me posted. Go...

Yep it will be closed till Sunday unfortunately thanks for the good wishes but through the this time I've never hated the holidays and weekends like I do now :D I am sure you know what I mean. haha.

Hopefully they will give you the info you need keep in mind tomorrow is an official holiday in Egypt, so you might not hear back from them till Sunday. I am planning on calling them on Sunday to see if there's any new news yet. Thanks for keeping me posted. I will also do the same. Best of luck to you

Hello I called the embassy today they said they are still working on the people who they received their packet from around mid January But I guess you should be hearing with in the next week or so and hopefully we will follow you pretty quick

Yeah they emailed me back saying that their schedule is full and interview hasn't been scheduled yet Nothing new as usual! I really do hope they update their website. I noticed April schedule is not even out yet. Thanks for the update and I hope you hear good news soon

Thanks windscry. I really hope so as well. I will keep you updated if their reply is different from the previous ones. If your fiance missed their phone call the will def. call again so don't worry. Yeah I am in Egypt, but we want to move on with our lives that's why it's still painful Wish you all the best and hopefully we will both hear something with in next week

I emailed them just right now. But every time I email them they just reply saying the same exact thing . I asked for a detailed msg. this time. I really hope they will do that. Go ahead and email them and see what they tell you. This wait is becoming more and more painful eveyday

I emailed the embassy as well but their reply was just that they haven't scheduled an interview yet, and that I'll be notified once they do :)So I hope they give you more info that they gave me. About the exp. date, don't worry. They told me it doesn't mean anything once we send back packet 3 to them. So no worries Good luck and keep me updated

So you're living in the states waiting for him? Honestly, I came to Egypt to stay with my fiance. Are you Egyptian as well? BTW, are you using a cosponsor or will you be the sponsor? I am gonna have to use a cosponsor which worries me.
