they only gave me the DS 160 confirmation. i am really not sure what the agency did to my documents because they are the one holding my passport and other documents that time.one of the staff do the ds 160 for us that time..and that's the first and last time we meet before i withdraw my h2b application..i was really wooried on my embassy interview

thank you so much for the response..but i don't have any confirmation from USCIS or you mean a reciept number from USCIS. They didn't gave us anything except the confirmation from DS160

hi everyone..i need help pls.coz i was so confused about this matter in case the embassy will asked me if did i apply for a visa before.

here is my situation, i applied for h2b visa to one agency last 2010 and we were asked to pay $1000 to be sent on the agencies bank account and after they signed for our DS160 and gave us the confirmation page.and later found out to be a scam.but when i checked for it,my confirmation page is still existing.My question is,is it considered a visa application?i was worried that it might affect my application.i'll be having my interview on nov..thank you
