I loggedinto us traveldocs and created an account in dec itself once it had cleared the NVC stage...i dint not recieve a packet 3 or packet 4...however i recieved an appoinment letter for my interview which is scheduled this week...first they sent it to my via email on 27th dec and then i recieved it in my mail box a week ago...i would suggest you create an account with ustraveldocs...

well your USC fiancee needs to call NVC and ask them the status of your case if it has left the NVC theyll give you a new case number and tell you when it was dispatched...fell free to ask any doubts you have...

can you plz tell me if mumbai consulate sent you a packet 3? or u just mailed it to them and also how did you find out that the file has reached the consulate...and you seem to have gotten ur appointment date pretty fast...i had no idea mumbai gives date so fast...any way let me know...thanks
