    Hi! I loggedinto us traveldocs and created an account in dec itself once it had cleared the NVC stage...i dint not recieve a packet 3 or packet 4...however i recieved an appoinment letter for my interview which is scheduled this week...first they sent it to my via email on 27th dec and then i recieved it in my mail box a week ago...i would suggest you create an account with ustraveldocs...
