because I received this notification when I checked case status before it said "is being transferred" and now it just says "transfered":

The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

No it doesnt necessary mean it is at your local office. It would have said "it is now being processed at your local office" So therefore it is still currently at NBC. Unless otherwise you get a NOA in the mail stating it was transferred to your local office.

Yes don't be worried they just send workloads to other offices to help out you should be fine unless your hubby was in VD....or had problems with PO

Samething happend to me but I only have 2 hard copys. I was expecting a 3rd but no....why?? Because when it first told you that your case was transferred..it was to let you know it was now in MO. So now that you have that update on the website that says it is being processed at a uscis office...they mean it is being processed at MO do you get it?. It doesn't mean they sent it out to another office....because you should have received another letter saying it was going to be transfered again.
