You have to follow what the checklist letter said. My brother as beneficiary applicant also received checklist from NVC regarding AOS corrected instructions and request also the petitioner's IRS to bring it during interview. And also the letter said that dont need to submit it to NVC instead bring it to the interview.

How about the list of the corrections? The detailed corrections from NVC? Do we need to send it back? Or ONLY the revised AOSForm and the Barcoded Cover sheet? We are about to resend the package tom morning. Please help us. Thank you.

Rednails, be careful in sending back the corrected AOS to NVC because some letters received from NVC says that dont send back to them because it will reopen the case and will take delays. They advised to the applicant to bring the corrected AOS with him on the interview. You have to read again the checklist letter from NVC. Goodluck!

Go for option 2, i am cr1 visa and it took us 6 months only. We filed dec21,2012 got noa2 feb 1, got the cr1 visa july 12, 2013, it would be more earlier if my husband paid the aos and iv bill on time. So goodluck.

I didnt indicate any street number in all of the philippine addresses when i did my ds260 and i was still able to submit it. Are you sure the error is about the street number?

I tried to put n/a it doesnt work too... actually i am not the one who is applying for immigrant, i am just representing my brother coz he cant access in the computer coz he is in the island. anyway, that's pur problem now and we cant send the documenys yet bec. of this.

What did you do with yours? Our adress is barangay dalupirit, san antonio, northern samar. See? theres no street adress number? thats the reason it keeps on saying error...

Help! cant continue to fill up ds 260 because the street address is error. My present address has no street number coz I live in the island and there is no street number... what will I do? Can I still send or use ds 230?? Thanks

O my God! 3 weeks and counting! Do you have kids? How long you been together? I hope my case wont be the same because me the beneficiary was also annulled, but with 2nd husband has 1 year and 9 months old son. And me and my husband been away almost 3 years now. I found out now that my interview letter has misspelled my maiden name but the rest communications were not. I want to call US embassy manila not NVC coz my case was in transit to us embassy manila as per advisory from ceac. I am trying to call US embassy manila but no avail. Do somebody know the direct number?

Hello Lemajeca, we have the same interview date july 11, that's my problem too. I am considering that too but I decided last week of June for medical then another trip for interview. I am also considering my LMP. I live in Cebu.

Hi Momanuel, I am CR1 beneficiary. One of the requirement I submitted to NVC was Cenomar. I asked NSO how to get Marriage Indices and they told me to just fill-out the cenomar form and that's it. It will show previous marriages. It takes 7 days. With regards to Police certificate, you need to get a new one if it expires before interview.

Thanks beautiful Darnell, my husband was able to submit the 2012 IRS but unfortunately he got laid-off so that is why I have to update the AOS for my interview bec it might be an issue...j

If the 2012 income tax return data was not included for the set filed in March 2013,

then yes, need to have an updated I-864 with the 2012, 2011 and 2010 tax data, and the current annual income proof.

When's your interview? If it's after June 23rd, then I'd recommend bringing a new form filled out. If it's before that date, then no, a new AOS isn't needed unless the petitioner has gotten a new job or some other change.

Hello Saylin, just need advice our AOS was approved last march. Do I need a new AOS for my interview? When we called NVC they told my husband no need for it but we just want to be sure. Confused...

Checking in, case complete as of May 25. Got an email from NVC yesterday that they are now awaiting for the consul for July interview schedules. Hope and pray it will come nextweek.
