  1. Did USEM tell you it was printed and will be delivered soon? In my case I was interviewed December 27th, the next day I checked on CEAC it says visa issued. I called USEM January 3rd they said no update regarding my visa and papers still on review and to call back January 8th. I called no update still and to call back January 10th, I did and they said it was already printed and to wait for 2go's update of when it will be picked up and to allow 7-10 working days waiting time. I called 2go Jan 11th and was told it was ready for pick up. Wait for a little while and it will be ready soon. Follow up on USEM if you don't hear anything by next week. Some takes up to 20 days. Good luck and congratulations for the approval!

Thank you guys! I feel a little better now. What number did you call in Manila Embassy? Thanks again!

  2. Hi all! I have been reading some posts regarding timeframes when the visa is received :( a lot of people get it within a week. I am just starting to get worried since my fiance had his interview on the 10th and was told that he was approved. I called US embassy but the only info they gave me was the same update I saw on CEAC status check. Visa was issued, and also called 2go and they don't have it. I try to not worry but I just can't not to. Please any opinion? Just wait more? Sorry guys

  3. hi so u just show them ur pay stub that u worked 40hours total an u passed? ?

On I-134 I put the total gross income for that 40 hours throughout the whole year and didn't write last year's because I was advised that and they are more interested on your current income. I also sent 3 paystubs, letter of employment and last years tax transcript which they didn't bother asking for most of it. The interviewer only took last years tax transcript and the I-134 from my fiance. But then I would come prepare for all of it because not everyone is the same.

  4. I was working for 32 hours and just got 40 hours in November which puts me just a little over the poverty limit. Should I write down that as an annual income or should I report the 32 hours since I just started 40 hours? But doing that would put me under poverty limit and just get my father to sponsor to be safe? Need some advice please. Thanks everyone!

  5. I just got my NOA2 but I am worried from what I have read on doing some research. I am the petitioner and my fiance was working in Saudi Arabia when I met him. Now... does anyone know if he needs to get a police clearance from there since he was living in there for 2 years? If he needs it, how can he get it? Thank you guys!

  6. I have read a lot of different posts regarding having a sponsor for k1 visa in USEM Manila. I am now getting so worried as I am making under poverty level for family of 3, the poverty level is at 23800 and only 19800 is what I am making. I saw a post that said I should make at least 100% and then they'll look at my sponsor's then will decide. And sponsor must be a close family which my father is willing to do. I already thought of working an extra day but I hate to do that since I don't have anyone to watch over my daughter and that extra money will ended up to a babysitter. My K1 application is at 4 months now and I am starting to research about the supporting papers and getting myself overly confused and worried. Any input will be appreciated just to get my mind at ease. Thanks a lot.
