      USCIS gonna send your file to NVC and then u will get case no. NVC will ask you for documents to complete the case and when the priority date is current, they gonna send the case to local consulate.

      btw, what is your PD? u got NOA2?

      I just got NOA2 form USCIS saying my case has been approved and forwarded to NVC for further processing.I even paid $88.00 for AOS fee.Now I am confused that my wife's last names are from her mother's side(before married).The last name on her passport is on my side(after married).Does it matter? Pls enlighten me if anyone also has the same condition or known.Thanks in advance
