Thank you so much for your response. I am sorry to hear that, but hopefully your situation will be straightened out. Could you tell me if there is a police certificate needed from Haiti? We were informed that the police certificate was not valid from Haiti, therefore we did not need one, but there have been a couple of times we have been misinformed.
