Me and hubby are getting frustrated of the waiting, specially if we saw other couple with the same timeline with ours are already moving on, unlike us still stuck in NOA1. Hopefully anytime soon, NOA2 will be issued.

No not yet unless necessary, it also says on your Timeline: Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between November 4, 2012 and November 9, 2012*. If you didn't get approval when you reached this dates then call USCIS but pray and hope that you'll get it before these dates
