    YEY.. we got our MNL# today, but Justo forgot to asked when did it sent here in Manila embassy. Proceed or not yet for the next steps?( like paying visa fee and medical).

    Finally, it has been settled that we don't have to worry about the "multiple approval application" according to the very kind lady who answered our inquires in state dept. according to her we don't have to do anything but to wait our packet, and call her every week if they already had it and ready to send. thank god. We are now closer.

    Hi Patian, before i applied for the I-129f, and it was approved but since my ex gf and I broke up, I did not pursued the application and did nothing about it, and this year I applied again for the same and it was also approved.. so I got 2 application I-129f that has been approved, that's why they put it in their database as multiple applications approval.

    Kinda sad, though we saw in the USCIS site that our application has been approved, there is a (i hope) little problem with our application, because our case was put in multiple approval data base.. the first one was approved 15 yrs ago but it wasn't pursued.. Now i am wondering if it will slow down our application too long. Or is it ok to ask for new case number while filing a waiver. Hayyy buhay. :( Alma

    Sa gabing ito, di ako makapaniwala sa pag bisita ko sa USCIS website para i check ang aming status, akala ko namamalikmata lang ako pero tama po, NOA2 HARD COPY IS ON THE WAY TO MY FIANCE's home. I already told him just right now about and like me he is so excited. :)

    Me and hubby are getting frustrated of the waiting, specially if we saw other couple with the same timeline with ours are already moving on, unlike us still stuck in NOA1. Hopefully anytime soon, NOA2 will be issued.

      yeah not legally married yet..hehe, I just like calling him hubby.We are planning to get married in Texas,yeah you are right we filed for K1, and waiting for our NOA2,(seems forever) for 4 months and a week now.

      No not yet unless necessary, it also says on your Timeline: Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between November 4, 2012 and November 9, 2012*. If you didn't get approval when you reached this dates then call USCIS but pray and hope that you'll get it before these dates :)
