Your siblings are not immediate relatives and so they will have to wait for their priority date to become current before they can proceed with an immigrant visa. They will be under the F4 category and will have a wait time of approximately 11 years, assuming no retrogression, before their priority date becomes current.

but my 2 sisters and 1 bother are blood relative and they are under my dads marriage so that 11 years still apply?

so what about my dad and steph mom are they in the same application process or they need 2 130

So i'm going to start the process of bringing my father my steph mom and my 2 sister and 1 bother but i just want to know if i need to file an I 30 for each of them. any suggestions?

also my dad and my steph mom got married before i was 16.
