Congrats. Same thing happened to us. Got a letter yesterday saying my wife AOS has been approved without any interview. Today i got an email saying her green card has been mailed and should arrive in 30 days.

I would like to ask you; when did uscis recieve your rfe response? i see u sent it on 11 feb and got noa2 on 20 feb. congratulations

USCIS received my RFE response on 12 Feb because i had it delivered overnight.

Our NOA1 was July 17th, we sent our paperwork in July 10th.

I got helped from my senator. I'm pretty sure i got a timely result cause my senator inquired on my behave.

not a question. just an update for those that are with CSC.

My NO1 was August 30th and today i got an email that said: "On January 30, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting evidence/information for this case to you or your representative. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the material requested. This case will be held in suspense until we either receive the evidence/information or the opportunity to submit it expires. A new processing period will begin when we receive your response. You or your representative will be notified by that office of a decision or if any further information or action is needed from you. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address."

I just called USCIS and was told they are currently working on July 16th petitions.... my NOA1 was August 31.

Why isn't Monrovia, Liberia added as a consulate? Been hoping to see some info on here concerning Monrovia
