sorry for the late update I was too busy with so many things.

here is my timeline,

Applied for N-400 during I-751 pending process on Jan-8-2018

The interview was on Feb-19-2018

The oath was on May-11-2018

I would recommend calling U.S. Customs & Border Protection prior to your mother's trip, particularly if she will be traveling alone. Inform them of your mother's condition and ask what arrangements should be made prior to arriving at her port of entry.

 

Remember to also inform your mother's airline of her requirements.

someone will travel with her and take care of her during the travel time, She wanna see my Son here and wanna visit.

I need your help Please, My Mom has Visitor visa and she had a stroke, which left her not able to talk or move.

Can she still enter the USA and come for a visit with her visa with no issue at the port of entry ? 

Please help.

I have a quick question and I need your help, please.

I'm December Filer for ROC with 2 years green card which already expired back in 2016, My NOA extension letter will expire on Aprile 8th 2018.

I have an emergency and I need to travel for couple days. I went to the USCIS office for info pass stamp but they didn't want to stamp my passport unless it's one month before the expiration of the NOA letter.

my question is: as long as My NOA will expire in 3 months and I will stay overseas for less than a week, can I still travel with my NOA letter and my expired green card? am I gonna face any issues or everything should be fine? what should I do on my return when the officer overseas asks for proof of residency of the USA and see that the green card already expired ? will they accept the NOA?

Please help coz I have to travel this week.

I'm about to send my I-751 removing condition, My Green card expires on 04/08/2017, I know I have to send it within 90 days which is January 2017 but I'm thinking to send it in December 20016 which is 120 days before the GC expiration date.

1- Is that OK?

2- is that gonna cause any delay in my papers or the process?

what's your advice guys ?

Look at the "Resident Since" date on the front of your green card.

You can apply if:

- It has been at least 3 years minus 90 days from that date on the day you apply.

AND

- You have been married for 3 full years on the day that you apply.

AND

- Your spouse has been a US citizen for 3 full years on the day that you apply.

Note that the 90 early filing rule only applies to the anniversary of the day you became a resident, not the other two conditions.

The day you received the physical card is irrelevant.

The day used for the 3 year calculation is the Resident Since date.

The date of the marriage is only relevant to make sure that you were married for 3 full years when you applied.

The date is on the GC.

If you received your GC through marriage to be eligibe for USC you have to be a permanent resident for at least 3 years and, in addition to it, you have to be married to and physically live with the same US citizen.

So the answer is - yes, if you're still married with the same US citizen, the first requirement is 3 years from the date of your GC.

Thank you Guys, I asked this question because I just got my GC after 1 year and one month of our marriage, so the Card is for 2 years + the one year of marriage it should be a full 3 years of marriage from American Citizen, so should I apply to remove the condition and get the 10 years green card and apply after one year or Just apply when we complete 3 years of marriage ?

I have a question: Applying for the Citizenship should be from the date of marriage " after 3 years " or the date we received the green card ?

I think a service request goes off your local field office processing times and my NOA1 date is middle August. I didn't get the letter until 4 months after that event, it figures!

My local field office is currently at the beginning of July, so I doubt when they up date their processing times I will be able to do it still. I am probably going to have to wait until May. Then I will be 9 months past NOA1 and 5 months past the letter! Tick Tock!

It's almost as if they take a week on, week off.

yes it's for the work authorization case number not for my GC case number ... My GC case number still shows the same " we accepted your fingerprint on ... "

I should have fingerprint appointment Tomorrow .. yesterday I got email form USCIS for my work authorization case : Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production ... what does it mean ? should I go to fingerprint or no ? and does it mean my AOS is gonna get longer ?

Dec 15 >> 1.st inquiry about my case .. No respond.

Jan 5 > address changed > same day changed

Jan 15 >> 2.nd Inquiry about my case ... Feb 5 Received letter from USCIS that case is delay because of workload.

Feb 10>> submitted EAD renewal >>> Feb 20 NOA1 received

Hey guys .. i just wanted to know in which office my AOS i received interview waiver letter and i don't know which office should i chose when i check the processing times ?

My husband got his waiver letter on June 10th and he is still waiting for his GC as well.
