thanks NC & Leyte but i paid already my visa fee...tinawagn ko kahapon ang USEM pero sabi ng agent di pa dw ako pwde magpasched kc wla pa raw sa knila file ko..Nkuha lng kc namin ang case number over the phone and my fiance did not receive mail from NVC yet..BUt i will try to phone again tomorrow..Hopefully makapagsched na ako ng appointment soon..

mga sis...i just got my MNL case #....ask ko lng kung may kailangan pa ba akong baguhin sa Visa payment slip na nsa manila.usembassy.gov web..

We received our I-797, Notice of Action today and we wonder if everyone received the same instructions as what we received. The following is what we received; The above petition has been approved, and forwarded to the listed consulate. Please contact the consulate with any questions about visa issuance, or if you would now like them to forward the petition to a different consulate. There is more but that is just about getting married in 90 days and bla bla bla..

just got text on cell phone of site change, got home and open USCIS site and it was an RFE. phoned and told it was mailed today. gggrrr

opps I did not say when we filed, lol, we filed on March 16 and are still waiting on NOA2 and it is September 10 now....
