    Hello everyone. I am now 6 months pregnant and has been here in the US for two months already. I am already 8 weeks pregnant during my medical in St. Lukes, thus I didn't receive any vaccines at all. My question is, can I apply for AOS though my vaccination record is blank?

    Just got home from USEM. The interview went smooth and the American Consul even congratulated me and said that my Visa is approved. However, on the releasing section the Filipino guy said that I still need to wait for the result and that they need some internal checking. Now I'm confused. Does anyone experienced the same thing??? Thank you.

      i noticed a blue colored paper attached on top of my documents...i've read in the embassy email the 'green letter' stand for Administrative Processing...just pray...its just a step..i believe you'll get your visa soon :)

      I've checked the status of my Visa at CEAC and it says ISSUED. I guess I got approved after all. Thanks for the replies :)

    Yes. Done with medical last march 18 and 19. If your planning to have yours, please schedule it NOT on a monday.

    What if my fiance didn't meet the poverty guideline? will his assets and bank details can compensate to it?

      I believe the amount he is short of the requirements should be made up with 3x the amount in assets. Good luck.

      thanks for the reply. I was able to search for it and you're right. The total value of assets must be equal to at least 3 times the difference.

    Haven't received the NOA2 hard copy yet but got approved last feb15. We also have the MNL case # already. Can I sched for the medical and interview even without the hard copy?

      should have scheduled as soon as you've got the mnl case #. that's all you need to sched appointment. Although you'll need the copy of the NVC with MNL Case # to St Luke's.       my fiance haven't received the hard copy from NVC but he got the NOA2 try to check next week, i also tried calling USEM manila to confirm, they got my electronic file last Monday, and they're waitng for the physical file of the case.. Wishing a smooth journey for us:)

    No we didn't ask to expedite the case. We are actually expecting the NOA2 first to 2nd week of March. We were surprise that it was approved earlier than expected. Have faith! Your's will be approved soon...

      By the way as soon as we got our mnl we proceeded to the next step, and embassy just got our hardcopy last feb 20th, so if you get your mnl, as long as there will be no delay, schedule your interview 3 weeks to give time for USEM MANILA to recieve the hard copy

    Thanks for the reply.. My fiance's in the military as well.. he might get deployed early next year but no assurance yet.. did you just call the military hotline when you had your deployment letter already? sorry for the trouble.
