  1. Hi VJ's, Am just curious. Do we really need to wait 60 days for NOA2 after RFE was sent. How credible is your timeline which only says we need to wait for only less than two months? We are so stressed waiting for almost 8 months and still no NOA2... Thanks for your reply.

Hello, thanks for adding! My name is Ozge. Oh wow, we are on the same boat. 240 days waiting for NOA2 today. Yesterday fiance received reply to service request, says wait for 60 days as well. Have you contacted the congressman by any chance?

Ouch! 60 days for the service request? I thought they had to answer a service requests in 30 days (or maybe less?). Now you've got me thinking if our RFE isn't answered in a month and we put one in it could be another two months before the service request is past the date. At this point, I have no faith in VSC finishing work on our petition without some serious intervention.

Hi ladies. We just received reply from congressman stating that they received our inquiry. They named a staff on the letter who'd follow up with our case and a phone number. We didn't call this number yet, guess we'll wait for a few days for them to contact USCIS... Let you know the updates.
