Yay! Hubby's Card is Coming Soon! Because our USCIS status update today: "On December 13, 2013, we ordered production of your new card." Thank you LORD!! No Interview, no RFE! Approved in less than 5 months!

Write the embassy after the case is sent to request your package 3 by email. BTW, I have a form email that I can PM to you if you want. Good luck!
