25 days since VSC received my responce to the request for evidence, why is this taking so long. This is the worst wait yet!!

Thank you! Sorry, for some reason I just saw your comment now. But our interview went well! The only bad part was that we had to wait about 4 hours! But once they got to us, the actual interview was only about 10 or 15 minutes and the guy interviewing us was so nice! They said everything was approved we just had to have my parents send in proof of citizenship (birth certificates or passports) since they were sponsoring my husband. So they said it would be 3-10 days to process...

Oh geez, congrats! that's great.. I just received my NOA2 from VSC. so Now were awaiting the packet 3, I am not sure if my fiancé has to pick it up or does it get mailed? I want to assure that we have everything ready to schedule the interview! I am praying for a quick interview date because I want my hubby here now! I miss him. Great story. I cant wait to tell about my success story!

Nervous Vermont didnt get my RFE's... I didnt send it certified... Im wondering if they send you an email telling you it has been received... anyone?

My RFE is to send all copies of my passport.. and letters from my fiancee and I with our intent to marry with one another.. I cant wait to send this in and check it off my checklist!

I just received a RFE. I see you did as well. I was wondering if they asked for a lot of information? and Have you heard anything else since you sent your response? Keep me updated because it seems like I am right behind you in all this even though I filed a few days earlier .. its always easier when I know someone else is in the same boat... ill watch your back and you watch mine. 732-501-1988

Yes Glinda, hopefully.. xx fingers crossed xx to receiving good news about my NOA2 ASAP. And yes, I am going to accompany my hubby once the interview is scheduled. There is nothing I want more than to celebrate success together. I wouldnt and couldnt miss it for the world.

19 days until Costa Rica, I hope I hear news about my NOA2 while I am there with my hubby. Nothing would make us more happy than to celebreate great news together. Cant wait.. fingers crossed

I hope that soon I hear something from USCIS, this wait is killing me. Hopefully I will hear news while I am visting hubby in Costa Rica that way we can celebrate together in paradise
