OMG i hope my package was not lost:( i feel so worried right now...

There was at least one VJ member who reported success in sending their package via courier but I have zero idea if this works. I would suggest using USPS priority mailing. It's as fast as courier, cheaper and you get a tracking number. Good luck!

I send my ROC package thru USPS last May23 and i put the po box address which is po box 10751 Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1075 then today it was delivered but in my tracking it was delivered at Laguna Niguel CA 92677 so i called the USPS i tot they delivered it in the wrong address . The lady operator told me its fine and it is the USCIS office which they deliver some of the documents.. crossing my finger that it really delivered in the right address..

Oh I see! So you were denied on your first appointment and then came back again for 2nd appointment with all your additional evidences, and then you were approved?

No were not denied. They just want me to send more pictures and remittances then after they received what they asked they approved.. no more 2nd appointment or interview..

yes you must include emails,chat,call logs, letters everything you have bring it or send it..

kc in my case on the day of the interview i just bring a few pictures started when i got pregnNt.. then i did not bring the western union remittances bec.i just have a few coppies. Bc my husband mostly sending me a money through bank... so the CO asking us a additional evidences..honestly then american consul want to approve us on that day but the filipina screener wants more evidences.... maybe because my husband and I both pilipino.

Bring everything and make sure you photo copied every documents you have bec its so expensive the photocopy inside the embassy 1$ per page...

Yes im still active.. they did not asked dna test on my application.. i just bring all the pictures of me and my husband since the day we met, remittances,and all the requirements in the website of us embassy manila

All you need is wait and try to call them or email them. I did not received any email or calls from them after i sent the additional documents they asked me...

Hi..in my case it took almost 2 months before i received my daughter's passport and crba..i called them after a month i sent the documents. Read again the paper they gave you i know the phone number you will call is written to that paper.just kept on calling them because its really hard to call in the embassy base on my experience.

Hi roc is removing of conditions. You can file ROC 90days before your 2 year anniversary upon arriving in the US.

I just mailed them the additional requirements for the crba of my daughter last sept 15 and until now i dont get any feedback.. Im a little bit confuse if i should wait for their email or they will call me or should i call them already?

Yes i recieved it already. In my case i called them if they already recieved the requirements i sent. Because i did not receive any fone calls or email from the embassy. And after 2months i called them again to ask about it if my daughter is approve or not. And thats it a few days after i called i recieved my daugter's crba..

APPROVED my girls IR2 was approved and the ceac site shows it has been issued i.e. printed.. so excited. i hope it is mailed via the courier service before end of next week. Thanks everyone for the encouragement esp Dwheel76, hoping19.

i sent my all original documents last march 24,2014.so when i received that checklist i called NVC but according to them no record for my PCC.I got my taiwan police clearance last Dec.19.2013.I sent photocopy of PCC 2 weeks ago but i never heard anything from nvc

Maybe they lost your PCC thats why they checklisted you.if i were you just to be safe get another copy of taiwan clearance..

You said you sent the original copy..why they checklisted you on that?try to call nvc and tell them that you sent the original copy. Or else you need to get another taiwan police clearance.

When did you get your taiwan police clearance? I know that nvc need a recent clearance or not more than 6months...

Interview scheduled! For July 23rd. A bit disappointed to have a late July one though, as it means I will miss a big family reunion/party there by only a few days... but well I waited since April 2013 so I shouldn't complain! Congrats to everyone!
