Hes been studying here in the philippines for his college degree but he does have his re entry permit. although, he stayed in the states for more than 7years his mother didnt follow up for his naturalization so when he studied here he spent more than 6 months of stay here so his 5 year count went back to zero. so he still needs another 5 more years. well, that's what i know and what his mom told me.

me and my boyfriend of 4 years (almost 5 this coming december) are planning to get married when we get there in the states. he is a green card holder and i am a filipino visa though i have a multiple entry visa. when we get married is it better if we file our I-130 form right away? how long is the waiting time now. can i still visit him in the states while waiting for the visa?

please help. i know all or some of you can relate that being away from your loved one is very hard.
