Please Rusty and I have received the NOA1 on April 04, 2012 for a K1 visa. We were expecting to hear something (NOA2) by Sep 04; but we hve not hear anything yet? 5 months are up and every time we are getting more worried
... Is anyone else in the same situation please? I will appreaciatte your comments. -

Rusty called the California center service last week and they told them that they were processing files from March 17th and that we just had to continue waiting.
But we dont understand that because how come if they are processing only March, how come we find people here in this website that has already received their NOA2 and their first NOA1 was in April?
