Update: Femi and I are doing very good in Texas. Yes we moved to Texas from North Carolina and Femi and I have state jobs paying us well. We are so grateful for everything.

BLEACH, PINESOL SMELL SOOOO GOOD. "SPRING" CLEANING MY HOUSE BEFORE MY HUSBAND GETS HERE. THE GARDNER WILL DO THE YARD THIS WEEK AND MY DAUGHTER AND I WILL BE MAKING A WELCOME HOME SIGN. GOSH, GROCERY SHOPPING TO DO FOR HIS DINNER.

I've been the man and woman in my household for years...so I'm ready for a little spoilin' myself and especially ready to be the wife/mother/woman of the house and let him be the husband/father/man of the home. I will certainly do anything for him and that is particularly because I know he will do anything for me. Including cutting up onions!
(This is how his mom said she knew he was in love with me...he came in to the kitchen to assist.)

I am so thankful to have my husband who will be coming soon. God has been so good to us this year and the following years to come. I am a nervous wreck because I want everything to be perfect for him. I'm asking myself, will he like America, will he like our food, our drinks, our way of doing things here? I know Im being silly but I just want he to feel at home.

I'm going to the airport on Friday morning. So I'm going to try to change his last flight home (Atlanta to Birmingham)because it has another 3 hour layover. Which means it would be 11pm before he lands. I'm really hoping they can change it and I can pay for his bags at that time. I just want him to be able to check them, get to his gate and get on home.
