Hi all, i just wanted to express my frustration at NVC for how the staff handles applications..a huge mistake was made with my application because whoever put in the information into the system was not careful enough and entered my birthdate wrong so now, of course, I have to pay the consequences and not be able to get any details on my case. I've already send them what they need in order to correct their mistake but nothing changes and I still can't get information. I'm so frustrated and angry...its ridiculous that after waiting for so long I can't get the information I need because of their incompetencies
