My oncle who's 75 and been a pr for7 years would like to apply for citizenship. Will he be required to answer the questions from the study guide? and is it guaranteed that he will have his oath ceremony before the elections.

my parents interview is schedule for the month of october. The AOS I submitted to the NVC was accepted, but I just realized that I received let then the requested amount from social security. My cousin is ready to co-sponsorr my parents. I just want to know what form to file, and should I have my parents turn in the form during the interview when they ask them for my place of employment. (i am not currently working but am getting social security benefit)

Yes you can, but you need to attach a note stating that the original copies are attached toyour father's pile and include his nname and file number. That's what I did and it worked....

My parents just got their interview scheduled, now we need to know what they should bring with them to the doctor's appointment. The NVC website says they need to bring their passport, a laisser-passer (I don't know what that is) travel document and any medical record. Someone also told me that they needed 2 passport pictures each?

I am really confuse; any help will be greatly appreciated...

After 24 days of our cases being completed at the NVC we received an appointment notice for the month of October... What a relief....Thank you Jesus!!!!!

I already went through all these steps, I need and appointment for an interview.

my case has been completed at the NVC since 08/20/2012, I haven't heard from them since then. Is anyone else in the same boat? I am starting to worry???

Today is Wednesday, the middle of the week and still no email with the appointment day... Starting to lose hope for a October interview.

We are now at the second week of the month, was anyone schedule for an appointment yet?

I'm new to this forum. I hope I can get a quick answer to my question.

My case was completed at the NVC on the 20th of August of this year, and is in queue for an interview scheduling (according to several reptesentatives of the NVC). Can I expect the interview to be scheduled anytime soon?
