    rmcollins just got home from work and had little argument with my dearest fiance. lol i was crossing the street earlier when he called and he heard a taxi driver on the background. he was so jealous and asked, " who is that guy with you?" i answered, " i am walking alone and crossing the street." he said, " i heard a man talked!" I can't help but silently laughed and explained to him that he heard the taxi driver asking if i will take taxi.... all is well now. :)

    Got the RFE mail today! RFE was just something very easy.. My fiance just left out one question... It is taken cared of now and will mail back the RFE on Monday... :)

      Hope things start speeding up for you now. I came back to Cebu 1-1/2 months ago thinking we would have our NOA2 by now and I wanted to be present at the interview but so far no NOA2 yet. I also contacted my Senator a month ago. This wait has just been a struggle but hearing progress from others is encouraging news. Hope you get your NOA2 soon.

    Heart break overload. I'm starting to doubt the purpose of fair judgment. Our journey continues and still apart. To those who send out their well wishes, thank you. To immigration, FUBAR!

      I meant to say that unless u r like Padre Pio w/ d gift of bilocution (being in more than 1 place at same time) evidence will show this person is not u. They kept his passport so that is the good thing. Just focus on that.

      If God is for us, who can be against us? Keep the faith. This too shall pass. This is clearly a case of mistaken identity and you will have all the evidence to prove this was not you. Look on the bright side, USCIS is protecting both of you. Better to have all the problems out in the open now rather than later (like upon POE). Another way to prove you were not in the Virgin Islands on the date you allegedly got married is to prove where you were on that same date. Unless you are like Pa...
