      Also, CALLING the embassy was horrific. People dont listen to your whole reason for calling before transfering you. There is no one you can talk to that understands your situation. So WHEN(not if, think positive) You and your fiance(e) get the VISA approval, wait about 2 weeks and the bank of Abbyssina will call.....trust me
